This Goal Tracker is a digital download and is printable. This makes a perfect visual for tracking long term goals. This can be used for weight loss, different aspects of health that are measurable, sleep log, etc. Plotting points along the pacer line can really help visualize progress and keep goals in check.
Included are two different trackers--one with a sixteen month timeline (1/23 - 6/24) and one blank with dates to be filled in.
For example, if using as a weight loss tracking visual, enter the points from starting weight at the top to the goal weight at the bottom of the Y axis (vertical axis). Then enter the amount of time on the X axis (horizontal axis). In the example document, I used pounds in increments of 5 and a 16 month time span.
Now, the magic...draw a diagonal line from the starting point at the top left to the the end time on the bottom right. This is your Pacer line. This line gives you a visual of where you "should" be during the process. Then, plot your entries as you go. If you are on the "pacer line", you are right on target. If you are above the line, you are running a little behind your desired timeline. If you are below the pacer line, you are ahead of schedule! This really helps with long term goals and motivation. Having a visual of where you stand with your goal in the middle of it can help immeasurably!
